Juggling being a mom, a career, and new lifestyle changes added to my stress and feeling overwhelmed. With so much on my plate, it's no surprise that my connection with my husband faded, and I noticed him noticing pretty ladies around us. Even though I was doing my best for him and our family, I felt far from perfect when I looked in the mirror. I was constantly tired, unhappy with my appearance, and easily irritated by minor things.
Realizing I couldn't continue on the same path, I knew I had to make a change. However, it had to be something manageable with my busy schedule - I couldn't just magically create more time in the day. I needed a solution that would actually work for me. Thankfully, one night I had a breakthrough when a friend shared a video about a surprising "Morning Coffee Loophole" that she had used with great success. Hearing about her similar struggles and amazing results, I was initially hesitant to try it. But with my health deteriorating, I was willing to try anything. And I'm so grateful that I did.
